known as rotary kiln, belongs to the class of building materials
equipment. The rotary kiln can be divided into Cement Rotary Kiln,
Lime Rotary Kiln, Alumina Rotary Kiln and Dolomite Rotary Kiln
according to different treating materials.
Cement Rotary Kiln is used to calcine cement clinker, including dry
process production and wet process. Metallurgy chemical kiln is
used to magnetic roast poor iron ore in steel plants; oxidizing
roast chrome, nickel iron ore; calcine high aluminum vanadium and
soil ore in refractory plant, roast clinker or aluminum hydroxide
in aluminum manufacturer and roast chrome ore in chemical plant.
Lime kiln (active lime kiln) is used to roast active lime and light
roast dolomite for steel works and ferroalloy works.

Cement rotary kiln Category
There are two main categories of cement Rotary Kiln: one is rotary
kiln, whose kiln shell lies horizontally with slight slope, and can
do rotary movement; the other one is called shaft kiln, whose kiln
shell is set vertically without rotating. It is composed by
cylinder, bearing devices with gear wheel, gear, movable kiln head,
sealing device and pulverized coal injection pipe device. Cement
rotary kiln body has a certain inclined angle with horizontal, the
whole body is supported by roller device with catch wheel to
control kiln body moving; besides main drive, the transmission
system is also set auxiliary gear keeping rotating when main power
source break to prevent bending kiln; both head and tail of kiln
adopt advanced technology to ensure sealing reliability.
